Where can I find the patterns I bought previously?

When you buy a pattern, Shopify sends you an automatic email with a download link to the pattern. Please keep this email for future use as currently, there is no way to download a file from your customer account. Please contact me if you lost the email with the download links and I can resend it to the email address used on the original order.

Where can I find my online DVDs?

The online DVDs, Tutorials, and DK Technique Club are hosted on the Thinkific platform, a website for online courses.

When you buy an online DVD, Thinkific will automatically send you an invitation email (please check your spam folder) as soon as the order is placed. It will ask you to set up a password the first time you use it.

To return to your DVDs, please go to https://littlebarnstudio.thinkific.com/ The username will be your email address used on the original order and the password you set up the first time (can be reset as long as you still have access to your original email address).
