Banksia Bags by Lucy Neatby - Digital Pattern
The Banksia Bag is one of ten patterns featured in my e-book, A Little Book of BIG Holes for Hand-Knitters.
Inspired by the Banksia Grandis plant of Western Australia, this bag was designed with openings resembling the exterior of the cone of this fascinating plant. The scallop holes are quick and fun to make and do not involve casting on or binding off. I-cord straps finish the bag which can be felted if preferred.
This pattern features detailed written instructions and helpful charts.
Make your own kit using Celestial BFL-Aran for a larger felted bag.
